What it does

The torsion pole spans the opening above the door and carries the springs. It transfers the load evenly across the full width.

Fitting notes

Length is set by the opening, not the door. Our George and Gqeberha branches stock a galvanised pole for coastal installations, where an untreated pole will pit long before the door does.
