Do you install outside Mbombela?
Yes. The branch covers Nelspruit, White River, Hazyview, Matsulu, Barberton, Malelane, Sabie and the surrounding areas. If your town is not on the list, call and ask, because the answer is usually yes.
Does Mbombela carry the same doors as the other branches?
Yes. Every branch sells the same range. Doors are manufactured at our Centurion factory and delivered to the branch installing them, so nothing about the product changes because you are in Mpumalanga.
Can I see the doors before I buy?
Yes, at the Mbombela showroom. No appointment needed during trading hours, and you can see the finishes in person rather than off a screen.
Do you repair doors you did not install?
Yes. We service and repair every make of garage door, including older wooden doors we no longer manufacture. See repairs and servicing.
How quickly can someone come out?
It depends on where you are relative to Mbombela. Call the branch on 013 752 3366 and they will give you a straight answer for your address rather than a number this page has made up.
Why do springs break sooner in the Lowveld?
Heat. Extreme temperature is one of the main causes of spring breakage, and the Lowveld delivers plenty of it. Serviced once a year a set of springs lasts up to ten years. Skip the service and that drops.
Which range suits a Lowveld home best?
Both work inland. Aluminium is powder coated front, back and on the sprockets and never rusts. Steel is alu-zinc treated and wants a wash with soap and water every two to three months. Compare them on the ranges page.
Is it Nelspruit or Mbombela?
Both are in use. The city was renamed Mbombela and plenty of people still say Nelspruit. We answer to either.
