It might be the hinges and wheels that needs lubrication, a spray lubricant preferably with silicon content can be used to lubricate all the working parts of the door. If the motor on your door is an Eazy Lift MKII please do not spray oil on the chain, it runs of onto the program board and can damage it.

  • My motor is working when I press the remote, but the door is not moving?
The traveller is not connected to the door; this might be because it was deactivated to open the door manually or it could be damaged.
