The battery could be flat or not working any more, this can be caused by the charging board that is not charging the battery correctly or a bad connection. Call or mail Roos Garage Doors for assistance.

In normal circumstances, the battery has a lifespan of 1 to 2 years. When flat it can take the motor’s internal trickle charger up to 18 hours continuous charging to fully charge the battery.

The door is powder coated and dust can be washed off with water only or a good car shampoo and soft cloth.
