In normal circumstances, the battery has a lifespan of 1 to 2 years. When flat it can take the motor’s internal trickle charger up to 18 hours continuous charging to fully charge the battery.

No, the Eazy Lift motor is a battery back-up motor and doesn’t need the battery to work when the 220v AC power is on but will not operate if the AC power is off.

The traveller is not connected to the door; this might be because it was deactivated to open the door manually or it could be damaged.
